Personal training is our most popular service, and for good reason -- we take a good portion of the “work” out of your "workout!"
Taking your abilities, needs, and goals into account, we plan your individualized exercise program, a program that is progressed each session and refreshed frequently. We are big believers in individuality: we all have different strengths, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes. No two people are alike so no two programs are alike either. You wouldn't buy one-size-fits-all clothing, so why buy into a one-size-fits-all exercise program?
As with the programming, our personal training service is all about you. We travel to you for convenience and bring all of the equipment needed. We lead you through the workout and demonstrate proper movement technique to ensure precision and minimize your risk of injury. We establish the proper intensity necessary to produce the results you desire. We believe in making workouts enjoyable and rewarding so that you leave feeling empowered. We are there to support you, motivate you, and provide accountability. You have our undivided attention.

Our more economical fitness option, semi-personal training provides most of the benefits of personal training but has the added benefit of you being able to exercise with a friend, family member, or co-worker! The advantages of having another person exercising alongside you cannot be overstated -- a stronger bond can be built, and a partner can provide additional motivation and inspiration when you need it most. Because we design the customized fitness programs with the group's interests, abilities, and goals in mind, it is recommended that both members have a similar fitness level and have similar goals to work towards. And like always: We travel to you for convenience and bring all of the equipment needed. We are "always in motion" and we expect the same from you! Through our Workouts-to-Go program, you can purchase personalized workouts that are created based on your goals, available equipment (if any), and location (at home, at the office, at your local gym, or while away on vacation). They can be cardio-based, resistance-based, or a healthy combination of both. Best of all, these are not computer-generated programs! The workouts-to-go are designed by your trainer, taking your abilities and needs into account. While we are not there alongside you, we ask for feedback after each workout so we can continually improve your programs and keep you progressing in a safe and effective way. Ready? Set?
